Just a heads up, there won’t be a Painted Mini post this week and I am sorry about last week too. Something is wrong with the camera and everything is coming out blurry. What’s the point of posting a miniature if you can’t really see the detail?

Here’s an versatile army soldier from the base game of Imperial Assault. They are lot of ways to use this guy so I figured it would be a good idea to have him ready to go with the next campaign. Who can’t use a good soldier?

Well this is a little awkward, huh? It is a painted miniature of myself. I had it made last year and then had a friend paint me/it up real nice. He is the same one who painted the Blood Rage Spearman from before. I think it came out quite well.
Let’s check me out!
As the new year begins, a new Imperial Assault campaign is coming! I have yet to play the Return to Hoth campaign and thought it be nice to have some if not all of these figures painted up and ready to go to take down the empire.
Do you need healing?
Starting the year off right with a bearded mini. This miniature was painted by a friend. He graciously let me show off his fine paintmanship (it is totally a word) in this week’s edition of Painted Mini’s. So let’s check it out already!

I really like these guys. They are fun to use and have cool detail but don’t need a lot of different paints to make them look good. You saw the regular designed one, here is my alternate paint scheme.
Honestly, I am tempted to get another pack of these to have an elite set and a regular set.

To pad out the Scum & Villiany faction, I had to make sure I had some hired guns. Plus it is fun to paint things other than humans from time to time. There are two of these guys in the expansion so I wanted to experiment with different color skin and outfit. Here is the first of two Hired Guns, I went with the more traditional route here.

Once again, another hero painted miniature so the Rebel Alliance has some pretty on the board and not jealous of the Empire side of things. This character will definitely be interesting to get to the board in the next campaign.
Time to go back to Hoth!
