The weather is getting warmer so people are going outside and exploring the great outdoors. Why do that when I can sit inside with nice AC and play a game ABOUT exploring all the different national parks in one afternoon? Sounds like a winning combination to me.

The downtown Silver Spring Library’s meeting rooms have been a great opportunity for us since the building opened. They have been very kind and generous with letting us use their facilities to host our events. But starting this month, we will only be having one event a month at the library.

Horror board game month is over, time to go back to regular games. Who doesn’t love regular board games, huh? I am breathing a sigh of relief that my selection of games to play has grown greatly. You never really realize what games you have until you limit yourself.

Ah yes, October. Leaves begin to fall so people with a lawn have to do chores to make things look nice. Leave look nice, why not leave them there. It is nature’s decoration. Why you got to be so mean and mess up what nature worked so hard to do?!
